Required Qualifications

• Registered Nurse, MS
• Certifications: ACLS (Copy needed); BLS (Copy needed); CERT-NIH Stroke Scale (Copy needed)
• SSN Required
• DOB Required
• References: 1 Reference in entire work history
• 1 year of Level 1 or Level II experience
• Minimum of 2 previous travel assignments completed
• Post-surgical drains
• Central line care/maintenance
• Foley insertion
• G tubes/J tubes/NG tubes/PEG tubes
• IV medication administration/IV push
• Wound care
• O2 therapy

Preferred Qualifications

• Epic
• Telemetry experience
