Medical Surgical Floor Nurse located in Englewood, CO. This position involves providing high-quality patient care on a busy Medical Surgical unit specializing in post-op burn and flap patients. Responsibilities

• Wound and dressing care on post-op burn and flap patients
• Adherence to clinical guidelines and policies

The unit is staffed with a team of experienced nurses and support personnel, utilizing advanced equipment such as Hoyer lifts, air taps, wound vacuums, and PCA pumps. The unit emphasizes teamwork and a positive attitude.

Requirements

• Valid RN license
• Minimum 1 year of acute care hospital Medical Surgical experience
• BLS certification
• Valid state licensure in Colorado or current licensing equivalent
• At least 1 year of nursing experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Burn Care experience
• Wound Care
• Ostomy Care
• ACLS certification

Float rotation may be required.

Schedule

• Day shift, 12 hours per shift
• Minimum 36 hours per week
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Start Date: 09/21/2026

Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
