Responsibilities
- Provide direct care to adult patients in a dynamic medical-surgical unit.
- Assess patient conditions, administer medications, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support recovery and discharge planning.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Active RN license in Tennessee or Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) eligibility.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- ACLS certification.
- SSN and DOB required.
- Meditech experience required.
- HWC-Handle with Care (can likely be done at the facility).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in medical-surgical nursing.
- Strong clinical judgment.
- Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
