Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care for patients with a variety of medical and surgical conditions.
- Administer medications and perform medical procedures as necessary.
- Monitor patient vitals and assess their conditions regularly.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.
- Maintain detailed patient records using the Cerner EMR system.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of RN experience required.
- Valid RN license in West Virginia or Compact License.
- Certifications: BCLS, ACLS, NIH.
- Experience with Cerner EMR preferred.
- Strong critical thinking and assessment skills.
