Travel Medical-Surgical RN - $1,780 per week

About the role

Medical Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) position available in an acute care setting on the second or third floor of a healthcare facility. The role involves providing comprehensive patient care on a Med Surg floor, with work scheduled for night shifts. This contract position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on quality patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient care on a Med Surg floor
• Work scheduled night shifts (7:00 PM to 7:00 AM)

Requirements

• Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within 6 months of start date
• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Valid medical surgical nursing license
• General experience of at least 1 year

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on general medical-surgical floors
• Proficiency with Cerner electronic medical record system

Schedule

• 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM to 7:00 AM)
• Minimum 36 hours per week
• Duration: 13 weeks (09/21/2026 to 12/21/2026)
• Maximum of 4 days/nights off per 13-week contract

Float

• Float rotation may be required
