Travel Medical Surgical RN - $1,666 per week

About the Role

ARMStaffing is seeking a dedicated MedSurg RN to provide comprehensive nursing care to adult and geriatric patients in a dynamic medical-surgical environment. This is a 13-week travel nursing contract position in Florence, South Carolina.

Schedule

• 4x12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• 36 hours per week
• Weekend coverage required every other weekend

Responsibilities

• Manage and provide care for patients with various medical-surgical diagnoses
• Maintain accurate patient records and charting in Epic
• Monitor patient conditions and administer medications, including insulin and heparin
• Provide telemetry monitoring and assess vital signs regularly
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Participate in rapid response and code team activities as necessary

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of MedSurg nursing experience preferred
• SC RN License or Compact License required prior to start
• BLS certification required
• ACLS and NIHSS preferred
• Experience with Epic charting system is mandatory
