Aya Healthcare has an immediate opening for a Medical Surgical Registered Nurse in Greensburg, PA. The position uses the Cerner charting system at an acute care hospital with 283 beds; compact license is accepted and charting experience is required. Patient ratios are 6:1 on nights and weekends.

Pay

$2,093 to $2,286 weekly (includes taxable wages and tax‑free expense reimbursements).

Schedule

Night shift: 3 × 12‑hour shifts, 19:00–07:00. Assignment length: 13 weeks. Start date: 11/09/2026. Openings: 1.

Requirements

Experience: 1 year.

• Certifications: BLS; PA License or Compact License.
• Skills: Accessing/Managing Ports, Blood Product Administration, Continuous Bladder Irrigation (CBI), Feeding tube care and management, Isolation Precautions/PPE, Management of dysrhythmias, Med/Surg, Nasal Cannula, Non‑invasive airway management, Oxygen administration, Oxygen tanks, Peripheral Line Care/Management, PICC line management, Pre/Post Hemodialysis Management, Renal failure, Starting and maintaining IVs, Surgical drains, Bariatric surgery, Bowel obstruction, Central line blood draw, Colostomy/ileostomy management/care, Heparin, Insulin, Peritoneal dialysis/CAPD, Pre/Post Thoracic Surgery, Thyroidectomy, Total joint replacement, Use of Rapid Response/Code teams.
