About the Role

As a Medical Surgical Registered Nurse, you will provide care in a critical access facility with 20 beds. You will be responsible for managing patient care, administering medications, performing diagnostic tests, and providing health education.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Perform diagnostic tests and monitor patient progress
• Provide health education and counseling to patients and families
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care

Requirements

• ID License or Compact License
• One year of relevant experience

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license in Idaho
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Skills

• Strong clinical skills
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
