About the Role

Provide patient care in a medical surgical unit. Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and quality care.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' health needs and develop treatment plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor patients' vital signs and report changes
• Document patient care in a timely and accurate manner
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers
• Ensure patient comfort and satisfaction

Requirements

• Current RN license in NM or Compact State
• One year of relevant experience
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Qualifications

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Effective problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Skills

• Proficiency in Meditech for ICU and Medhost for ER
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of hospital policies and procedures
