Job Summary

Aya Healthcare has an immediate opening for a Medical Surgical Registered Nurse in Foley, AL. This position offers a competitive salary range of $1487.00 to $1717.00 weekly for a 13-week assignment. Shifts are available as Nights, with a schedule of 3, 12-hour shifts from 19:00 to 07:00.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality patient care in a medical surgical setting.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care according to established protocols and standards.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely using the Pt. Care/Med charting system.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Adhere to infection control practices and maintain a clean, safe environment.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse license in Alabama or a compact license.
• One year of relevant clinical experience preferred.
• Knowledge of medical surgical nursing principles and procedures.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
