About the role

13-week assignment with night shifts (3 × 12-hour, 18:45 – 07:15). Start date: 09/08/2026. Charting system: Epic.

Responsibilities

• Blood product administration
• Central line blood draw
• Colostomy/ileostomy management and care
• Feeding tube care and management
• Heparin and insulin administration
• Interpretation of dysrhythmias
• Isolation precautions/PPE
• Med/Surg care
• Non-invasive airway management
• Oral suctioning
• Oxygen administration and oxygen-tank management
• PCA (Patient-Controlled Analgesia)
• Peripheral line care/management
• Starting and maintaining IVs
• Surgical-drain management

Requirements

• 1 year of experience as a Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse
• Active ID license or Compact License (quick-license states: application process ≤ 2 weeks)
• BLS certification
• NIHSS certification
• Previous charge-nurse experience preferred

• Patient ratios: 5:1 on nights, 5:1 on weekends

Pay

$1,586 – $1,814 weekly (includes taxable wages and tax-free expense reimbursements).
