About the role
CAH hospital in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan is looking for an Med Surg RN for nights.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient care in accordance with medical/surgical nursing standards and protocols.
- Assess patients’ physical, psychological, and social needs.
- Implement treatment plans based on assessment findings.
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse license in good standing.
- BLS certification required.
Qualifications
- Experience in Med Surg preferred.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Skills
