About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a 13-week assignment starting August 10, 2026, in Florence, South Carolina.
Responsibilities
- Provide care to patients in a Med Surg / Telemetry unit
- Adhere to hospital policies and procedures
- Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans
- Document patient care accurately and timely
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current RN license in South Carolina
- Experience in Med Surg / Telemetry preferred
- Knowledge of telemetry equipment and monitoring systems
