Travel Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse - $2,115 per week

Host Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a 13-week assignment starting July 28, 2026, in Alexandria, Louisiana.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Assess patients’ needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.

Requirements

• Current licensure as an RN in the state of Louisiana.
• At least one year of recent clinical experience in Med Surg.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
• Current BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Pass a physical examination.
