Travel Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse - $2,084 per week

About the role

The Mid-sized hospital in Wyoming is currently looking for experienced oncology traveling RNs for Nights. The hospital is seeking RNs to work in their inpatient unit. The unit is 24 beds total and the nurse to patient ratio is 1:4.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures
• Assess patients’ needs and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare team members
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Wyoming
• Current BLS certification
• Experience in an oncology setting preferred

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Skills

• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR)
• Knowledge of oncology nursing practices
• Effective leadership and delegation skills
