Job Requirements

• Valid nursing license with verification dated within 30 days of start.
• Completion of specialty-specific competency testing within the past year is required.
• Documentation of being fit to work from an exam within the last year.
• Completion of Trinity Health required professional forms and background checks prior to start.
• Completion of Trinity Skills Checklist for clinical contractors.

Schedule Information

• Shift hours from 18:45 to 07:15.
• Schedule options include every other week or weekend shifts.
• Holiday coverage includes Memorial Day and/or 4th of July.

Additional Details

• Proof of COVID-19 vaccination, booster, declination, or exemption required with specific end dates.
• Must provide proof of MMR vaccination or immunity.
• Hepatitis B vaccination series must be started prior to start date.
• Influenza vaccine is optional but recommended.
• Must provide proof of 2-step PPD or IGRA testing for TB.
• Varicella vaccination or immunity proof required.
• Fit test and color vision testing required.
• Drug screening (10 panel) must be completed within 30 days of start date.
• Must complete Trinity Code of Conduct, Confidentiality Agreement, Integrity and Audit Services Form, Non Employee Upload Form, Conflict of Interest Disclosure, Criminal Background Check, Education Verification, EPLS, GSA/OIG, Joint Commission Testing, NSO, System Access Form, Child and Adult Dependent Abuse Training (Iowa only), IA Sing Report, and OFAC checks as part of onboarding.
