Requirements

• 2 years of CORE experience required in specialty being submitted to
• Level I Trauma experience required
• Teaching experience required
• Previous travel required for ED, Neuro ICU
• Cerner EMR experience required
• Must be gone from Commonspirit for 12 months as perm staff to be considered for a travel assignment
• Candidates cannot work another assignment/contract while working for Dignity AZ (cannot work two contracts at the same time)
• No facial piercings and only natural hair colors (no weird colors)
• Travel teams must have their own vehicles
• Prophecy Dysrhythmia Exam required 24-48 hours prior to acceptance of a position (maximum attempts: 2). Required for: Ambulance Transport, Cardiac Cath Lab, ICU, CVICU, EP Lab, ER, Helicopter Transport (Flight), House Supervisor, PACU/Recovery, PCU, PICU, Pre-op/PACU, Stepdown, Telemetry/IMC, Transitional ICU/TCU units. If failed, will be DNU for 6 months within Commonspirit AZ and Sacramento Region.

Additional Information

• Orientations: Mondays, except for holiday weeks
• Parking: Assigned to a parking lot, then shuttled to the facility. Night shift assigned to a parking garage.
• ONBOARDING DUE: 1pm CST Wednesday before start. The facility will not allow anything to be pending and will push the traveler back if the file is not complete by the deadline.
