Travel Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse - $1,854 per week

About the role

Hospital in Western SC is looking for a pair of RNs to work a med/surg, Tele Float position. These nurses must have the following to be considered: BCLS, ACLS, 1 year travel nursing experience and compact or SC nursing license in good standing. Both openings are for 8 week contracts to start immediately.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in accordance with medical orders and hospital policies
• Assess patients’ conditions and document findings accurately
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Perform routine diagnostic tests and monitor patient progress
• Ensure patient comfort and safety
• Document all patient interactions and treatment in the medical record

Requirements

• BCLS, ACLS certifications
• One year of travel nursing experience
• Compact or South Carolina nursing license in good standing

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in South Carolina
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Experience in Med/Surg setting preferred

Skills

• Strong communication skills
• Effective problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR)

Schedule

These nurses will be working 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation).
