Travel Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse - $1,793 per week

About the role

A mid-sized Southern Wisconsin hospital is in need of 3 MedTele RNs to work 12 Hour Night shifts. This 13 week travel contract is for an ASAP start!

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in accordance with medical/surgical standards.
• Assess patients’ needs and develop treatment plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare providers.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
• Current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Wisconsin.
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
• Experience in Med Surg preferred but not required.
