A small critical access hospital in Northern Nevada is seeking an ICU-Med/Surg RN to start immediately during the nights shift. The position offers flexible scheduling and high pay.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans
• Monitor vital signs and administer medications
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with other healthcare providers

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Nevada
• Current BLS certification

Qualifications

• Experience in ICU setting preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
