The MLT may work across multiple laboratory sections, including: Chemistry Hematology Microbiology Blood Bank Serology Toxicology Urinalysis Phlebotomy/specimen processing Requirements Associate's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology — Required Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or equivalent — Preferred ASCP, MT(AMT), or equivalent certification — Required Oregon-specific certification requirements apply Hospital laboratory experience — Preferred Day 1 Dental, Health, Vision insurance.
