About the role
HealthTrust Workforce Solutions HCA is seeking a travel Medical Lab Technician for a 13-week assignment in Charleston, South Carolina.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine laboratory tests using automated equipment and manual techniques.
- Prepare specimens for testing and ensure accuracy and completeness of results.
- Interpret test results and report findings to physicians and other healthcare providers.
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulations.
Requirements
- 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, days schedule.
- 2+ years recent acute care experience.
- ASCP or equivalent certification.
- Microbiology plate reading experience.
- Meditech experience.
