Unit

Mixed ICU/PCU (24 ICU Beds, 12 PCU Beds)

Must Have

• Minimum 1.5 years ICU experience (2 years preferred)
• Active Indiana RN License
• BLS & ACLS (AHA only)
• Travel experience and Level I/II Trauma experience preferred

Skills Required

• Ventilator management
• Titrade vasoactive, sedation & paralytic drips
• Assist with intubations and line placement
• Strong critical care and medical ICU background

Unit Details

• Ratios: ICU 1:2, PCU 1:3
• EMR: Epic
• Float to ICU, PCU & Med Surg (max 1:3 ratio)
• 3x12-hour shifts with weekend rotation
• Caribbean Blue scrubs

Facility Requirements

• 50-mile local rule (12% rate reduction for locals)
• Up to 24 hours cancellation per 13-week contract
• 8 hours non-billable orientation
• One day unit orientation + EPIC training
