Travel Med Surg/Telemetry RN

Role: Travel Med Surg/Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care in medical-surgical and telemetry units. Responsibilities include: Assessing patient conditions, monitoring cardiac telemetry, administering medications, preparing patients for procedures, documenting care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, ensuring infection control, advocating for patient needs, and facilitating discharge planning. Qualifications: At least one year of recent Med Surg/Tele RN experience, valid RN license, current BLS certification, with preferred NIHSS and ACLS certifications. Skills required: Critical thinking, effective communication, proficiency in English and PC skills, physical ability to move equipment, interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams, technical motor skills, and ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
