Travel Med Surg/Telemetry RN - $2,586 per week

About the Role

ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Plattsburgh, New York. This is a 13-week contract position with 12-hour night shifts, including every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients in Medical Surgical Oncology, Ortho, and Urology.
• Administer medications and perform treatments as prescribed.
• Utilize telemetry equipment to monitor patients’ conditions.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members for holistic patient care.
• Participate in educational opportunities to enhance nursing competencies.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in a Med-Surg or Telemetry setting.
• Current NY State RN License required at the time of submission.
• AHA BLS certification required; CMSRN preferred.
• NIHSS certification required prior to starting.
• Experience with EPIC documentation system preferred.

Qualifications

Registered Nurse with experience in Medical Surgical Telemetry.
