Host Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a 13-week assignment starting September 21, 2026, in Springfield, Massachusetts.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to patients in a Med Surg / Telemetry unit
• Adhere to hospital policies and procedures
• Perform patient assessments and develop treatment plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Document patient care activities accurately
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Current RN license in good standing
• At least one year of recent clinical experience
• Knowledge of telemetry monitoring systems

Pay
