Experience and credentials

• Experience: 18+ months permanent Med/Surg Tele
• License: Ohio RN or Compact license in hand
• Certifications: AHA BLS & ACLS

Orientation and assessments

• ECG rhythm recognition & SafeMedicate during orientation
• Cleveland Clinic orientation + pre-start modules

Extension

• Up to 18 months; 6-month break may be required afterward

Submission requirements

• Only 1 Cleveland Clinic position at a time
• Reference: 1 manager/ANM/supervisor/director reference from the last 12 months
• RTO: Must be provided at submission
