About the role
Join a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital where you'll care for Med Surg, Telemetry, and occasional PCU patients in a fast-paced adaptive acuity environment.
- 13-Week Travel Contract
- Nurse-to-Patient Ratio: 1:5 (PCU care 1:3 when needed)
- Charge Differential Available
Responsibilities
- Provide Med Surg & Telemetry care
- Manage adaptive acuity unit with occasional PCU-level care
- Administer IV drips (including Insulin, Esmolol, and Sodium drips)
- Assume charge responsibilities
- Float to inpatient units within scope of practice
Requirements
- Active Vermont RN License or Compact License
- BLS & ACLS (AHA) required
- 2+ years of current Med Surg/Telemetry experience
- Charge Nurse experience (REQUIRED)
- PCU experience strongly required
- Minimum 3 months of travel experience
- Must have your own vehicle
