About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a 13-week assignment starting August 7, 2026, in Mayfield Heights, Ohio.
Responsibilities
- Provide care to patients in a Med Surg / Telemetry setting
- Adhere to hospital policies and procedures
- Perform patient assessments and develop care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Document patient care activities accurately
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Ohio
- Current BLS certification
- Experience in Med Surg / Telemetry preferred
