Travel Med Surg Telemetry RN - $2,174 per week

VyTalent Solutions is seeking a Med Surg / Telemetry Registered Nurse for a travel assignment in Garfield Heights, Ohio.

About the Role

This is a travel nursing position in a hospital setting, focusing on Med/Surg Telemetry care during night shifts. The contract length is 13 weeks with a 36-hour workweek.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality Med/Surg Telemetry nursing care in a hospital setting.
• Monitor and recognize ECG rhythms accurately and respond to patient needs efficiently.
• Follow orientation assessments and documentation procedures diligently.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.
• Adhere to facility policies and maintain compliance with licensing and certification requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum of 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience.
• Must have 18 months of permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience prior to travel.
• Active Ohio RN license or Compact State license in hand.
• AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Willingness to obtain NIHSS certification prior to start.
• One recent reference from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in the specialty is required.
• Must pass ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessments during orientation.

Pay

Pay range: $2,080.40 - $2,184.42 per week, based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week.

Schedule

Night shift: 19:00 - 07:30.
