About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a 13-week assignment starting September 8, 2026, in Altoona, Pennsylvania.
Responsibilities
- Provide care for patients in a Med Surg / Telemetry unit.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care according to established standards.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Pennsylvania.
- Current BLS certification.
- Experience in Med Surg / Telemetry preferred.

Pay
The pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week, subject to confirmation. There is a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
