About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Float Med Surg / Telemetry for a 13-week assignment starting August 3, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Provide care to patients in Med Surg and Telemetry units.
- Adhere to hospital policies and procedures.
- Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans.
- Document patient care accurately and timely.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in NH.
- Current BLS certification.
- Experience in Med Surg and/or Telemetry preferred.

Pay
