Travel Med/Surg Telemetry RN - $2,095 per week

About the role

Meda Health is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a 13-week assignment starting August 2, 2026, in Salem, Massachusetts.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to patients in a Med Surg / Telemetry unit
• Adhere to hospital policies and procedures
• Perform patient assessments and develop care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Document patient care activities accurately
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff

Requirements

• At least two years of experience as a registered nurse
• Current state licensure
• BLS/ACLS certification (at minimum)

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Skills

• Proficient in electronic health record systems
• Knowledge of telemetry monitoring equipment

Pay

Competitive and transparent pay package based on 12-hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation), including a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
