About the role

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse specializing in Med/Surg Telemetry to join our team for a 20-week travel assignment in Cleveland, Ohio. 13-week assignments are also accepted. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, monitor patient conditions, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal health outcomes.

Schedule

• Day shift, 3 × 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM)

Responsibilities

• Monitor and interpret cardiovascular telemetry readings
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Conduct patient assessments and document findings accurately
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Educate patients and families on health conditions and management strategies

Requirements

• Minimum of 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience
• Active Ohio RN license or compact state license in hand at time of submission
• Current American Red Cross BLS and ACLS certifications
• Must be willing to obtain NIHSS certification prior to start
• One reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty required

Pay

Pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
