Travel Med Surg/Telemetry RN - $2,023 per week

VyTalent Solutions is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Jackson, Tennessee. The position requires night‑shift work on a Med Surg/Telemetry floor, with possible float to similar units or low‑acuity ICU, and documentation using Epic.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care on a busy Med Surg/Tele floor during night shifts.
• Float to other MS/Tele units or ICU (low acuity) as needed.
• Maintain compliance with certification and licensing requirements.
• Document patient care accurately using Epic.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality patient care.

Requirements

• Current AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications.
• Valid Tennessee RN license or compact license.
• Minimum one year of recent Med Surg/Telemetry experience.
• Epic experience within the last 18 months.

Pay

Pay range: $1,936.24 – $2,033.05 per week (based on 12‑hour shifts and 36 hours per week).

Schedule

Night shift: 18:45 – 07:15, three 12‑hour shifts per week (3x12‑Hour).
