Travel Med Surg Telemetry RN - $2,021 per week
About the role
A great, medium-sized traveler-friendly facility in Maine is seeking several telemetry RNs for 15-week contract assignments. This is a traveler-friendly, Level II Trauma Center, located at the geographic and economic hub for central and western Maine.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient care in accordance with medical orders and hospital policies
- Assess patients’ conditions and document findings accurately
- Perform routine and complex procedures under supervision
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to supervising nurses
- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols
- Document all patient interactions and treatments in the medical record
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Maine
- Current BLS certification from an American Heart Association-approved provider
- Experience in telemetry preferred but not required
