About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a 18-week assignment starting September 25, 2026, in Garfield Heights, Ohio.
Responsibilities
- Provide care to patients in a Med Surg / Telemetry setting
- Adhere to hospital policies and procedures
- Document patient care accurately and timely
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Ohio
- Current BLS certification
- Experience in Med Surg / Telemetry preferred

Pay
