Travel Med Surg Telemetry RN - $1,940 per week

VyTalent Solutions is seeking a Med Surg / Telemetry Registered Nurse for a travel assignment in Akron, Ohio.

About the Role

This is a travel nursing position in a hospital setting, focusing on Med Surg / Telemetry. The role offers an opportunity to support healthcare professionals with assignments designed to meet today’s workforce needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care for med/surg telemetry patients during the night shift
• Monitor and assess patient conditions and vital signs
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Document patient information accurately and promptly

Requirements

• Must have an Ohio license or compact license in hand
• Minimum of 18 months of recent permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience
• AHA BLS & ACLS certifications required

Pay

Pay range: $2,052.76 - $2,155.40 per week (based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week, subject to confirmation). Tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

• Shift: 19:00 - 07:30 (12 hours)
• Duration: 13 weeks (18 weeks total, starting 09/11/2026)
• 36 hours per week
