TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN for an Oncology position in Columbus, Ohio. The role combines Med Surg/Telemetry expertise with oncology care. The assignment begins on 11/16/2026, lasts 16 weeks, and is a travel position.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate treatment plans.
• Provide patient education and treatment tracking.
• Be a reliable source of comfort and support for cancer patients and their families.
• Attend to a great number of details while working under pressure.
• Implement best practice treatment protocols in a variety of settings.

Requirements

• 1‑2 years of recent acute care experience.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and CHEMO certifications.
• Additional certifications may be required before starting the assignment.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods; bend, lean, and stoop without difficulty.
• Capable of lifting 20 pounds routinely; patient handling may require up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work with potential exposure to chemicals and infectious diseases.
