Travel Med Surg Telemetry RN - $1,893 per week

VyTalent Solutions is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Charleston, West Virginia. The position is for a MS/Tele Registered Nurse in a hospital setting, starting 11/12/2026, lasting 13 weeks, 36 hours per week on 12‑hour shifts. The candidate will be a traveler.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to telemetry and cardiac patients in a high‑volume hospital setting.
• Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to the healthcare team.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care.
• Document patient information accurately in the Cerner charting system.

Requirements

• 2 years RN experience
• 1 year in‑specialty experience
• WV/Compact RN License
• BLS/BCLS certification
• ACLS certification
• Flu shot required unless medically documented allergy

Pay

Pay range: $1,811.47 – $1,902.04 (based on 12‑hour shifts and 36 hours per week; tax‑free stipend amount to be determined).

Schedule

Shift: 12 hours; typical schedule 07:00 – 19:00; 36 hours per week.
