Medical Solutions is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a 13-week assignment in Wilmington, North Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for patients in a Med Surg / Telemetry unit
• Perform assigned nursing duties including patient assessment, treatment, and documentation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient care plans are met

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in North Carolina
• Current BLS certification

Qualifications

• Experience in Med Surg / Telemetry preferred
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Skills

• Effective communication skills
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR)
• Knowledge of telemetry equipment and monitoring techniques
