Travel Med Surg / Telemetry RN - $1,645 per week
About the role
ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN for a Medical-Surgical/Telemetry position in Florence, South Carolina. This is a 10-week contract starting 11/09/2026, with a 36-hour work week (4×12-hour night shifts, 7:00 PM–7:30 AM) and every other weekend required. The unit uses Epic for charting and documentation.
Responsibilities
- Manage a patient ratio of 1:6–7, ensuring quality patient care and safety.
- Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols.
- Monitor vital signs and manage telemetry for all patients eligible for monitoring.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
- Respond to rapid response and code situations as necessary.
- Educate patients and families on care plans and health management.
Requirements
- Two years of nursing experience in a Med‑Surg or MS/Tele setting preferred.
- Previous charge experience preferred.
- Active South Carolina RN license or Compact license in hand prior to start.
- Current BLS certification required.
- ACLS and NIHSS certifications preferred.
Schedule
4×12‑hour night shifts (7:00 PM–7:30 AM), 36 hours per week, with every other weekend required.
