About the role
A Client in West Virginia is looking for an experienced Med/Tele TN for a travel contract. The right candidate will have 2+ years of experience, hold an active BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and WV license.
Responsibilities
- Provide care to patients in a Med/Surg or Telemetry unit
- Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Maintain accurate medical records
- Participate in interdisciplinary rounds
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in West Virginia
- Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Active Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Active Neuro Interventional Hypertension Scale (NIHSS) certification
Qualifications
Experience: 2+ years of experience preferred
Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing required
