About the role
Medical Solutions is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a 13-week assignment in Lancaster, South Carolina.
Responsibilities
- Provide care for patients in a Med Surg / Telemetry unit
- Adhere to hospital policies and procedures
- Perform patient assessments and develop care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare team members
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in South Carolina
- Current BLS certification
Qualifications
- Experience in Med Surg / Telemetry preferred
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
