Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care in a telemetry/medical-surgical setting
• Monitor and manage patient telemetry data and vital signs
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes per facility policy

Requirements

• 2 years of recent experience in area of specialty listed on job
• Current BLS required (certifications vary by location – job may require ACLS)
• Valid license and/or certification in state of practice
• Valid Driver’s License
• Background and drug screen
