About the role
The Registered Nurse will provide high-quality nursing care to patients during the night shift in a fast-paced environment. This role requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work as part of a cohesive team. The nurse will ensure that all patient care activities are carried out in accordance with established protocols and standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient care and assess patient needs.
- Administer medications and manage IV therapy.
- Document patient information accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care.
- Educate patients and families on care plans and health management.
Requirements
- Active Ohio nursing license or compact license.
- Minimum of 18 months of combined permanent nursing experience in the specialty.
- Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS.
- One reference from a supervisor or manager in the specialty required.
Schedule
- 13-week contract position.
- Night shift, 4x12-hour schedule from 19:00 to 07:30.
