Travel Med Surg Tele RN - $2,320 per week

About the role

TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN specializing in Med Surg / Telemetry for a 13‑week assignment in Marshfield, Wisconsin. The position starts 10/26/2026, requires 36 hours per week on 12‑hour night shifts, and is a travel employment type.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic bedside care.
• Monitor and adjust specialized equipment used on patients, and interpret and record electronic displays.
• Identify irregular telemetry readings and notify appropriate medical team members.
• Initiate corrective action whenever information from monitoring equipment shows adverse symptomatology.
• Stand and walk for long periods, bend, lean and stoop without difficulty.
• Lift up to 20 pounds routinely; patient moving/lifting may require up to 50 pounds.
• Possess close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

Requirements

• Active RN license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• 1‑2 years’ recent acute care experience (telemetry/med‑surg preferred).
