Travel Med Surg Tele RN - $2,316 per week

HealthTrust Workforce Solutions CHS is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Fort Wayne, Indiana at The Orthopedic Hospital. The assignment is 13 weeks, 36 hours per week, night shift (12‑hour shifts, 7P‑7A), with no on‑call requirement. The unit has 37 beds, a patient ratio of 1:5, and scrub colors are black or royal blue.

Requirements

• BLS and ACLS certification required
• 1‑2 years of recent Med Surg/Telemetry experience
• EMR experience with Cerner preferred (not required)
• Must reside greater than 50 miles from the facility; local candidates not accepted
