Travel Med Surg/Tele

About the role

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a dedicated Travel Tele RN to join a high-performing team with a strong patient-first culture.

Responsibilities

• Care for a 1:4 patient-to-nurse ratio in a Telemetry unit
• Identify and respond to arrhythmias with precision and confidence
• Manage patients on BiPAP and high-flow nasal cannula
• Administer insulin, Cardizem, and Precedex drips (experience preferred but not required)
• Floate between Telemetry, Med Surg, and Intermediate Care (IMC) units as needed
• Work scheduled night shifts and some holidays

Qualifications

• Current ACLS and BLS certifications
• At least 2 years of Telemetry RN experience
• Strong rhythm interpretation skills and comfort with advanced respiratory support
• Flexibility and professionalism when floating to various units
