This is a night shift role, offering a great opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment. Responsibilities Provide high-quality nursing care to patients on the Stroke Unit. Monitor and assess patient conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans. Participate in patient education and counseling to promote health and wellness. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records. Qualifications Active Florida state or multistate nursing license. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification. A minimum of 2 years of recent experience in Medical Surgical nursing, specifically with stroke patients. Strong clinical assessment, decision-making, and communication skills. Work Schedule This position requires working night shifts from 6 PM to 6 AM. Dress Code Employees are expected to wear gray or teal scrubs.
